The ChaoYue Active Liquid Cooling Vest is a reusable wearable cooling system developed for wholesale, OEM and team cooling projects in hot-weather work and outdoor environments.
A compact electric pump circulates cooled water through the internal tubing system. During preparation, users add approximately 500mL of water together with a frozen bottle, ice pack or suitable ice source. The operating guide uses an approximately 550mL frozen water bottle as a preparation reference.
The controller provides three circulation patterns for continuous or intermittent water flow. In ChaoYue product testing, one prepared ice-and-water setup provided approximately 150–180 minutes of cooling, while a tested 10,000mAh power bank powered the circulation pump for more than 12 hours.
Adjustable shoulder and side straps provide an approximate 90–110cm waist range, making the vest suitable for workwear suppliers, outdoor-equipment distributors, corporate cooling programs and private-label projects.

Tested USB Pump Runtime
The circulation pump operates from an external USB power source.
In product testing, a 10,000mAh power bank provided more than 12 hours of pump operation.
Cooling duration and electrical runtime are separate: the battery powers the pump, while cooling duration depends primarily on the temperature and preparation of the ice-and-water system.

Usage Limitations & Care
Cooling Preparation
- Open the reservoir filling port.
- Place a frozen plastic bottle, ice pack or suitable ice source inside.
- Add approximately 500mL of water.
- Secure the reservoir cap.
- Connect a compatible USB power bank.
- Start the pump and select the preferred circulation mode.
Tubing & Pump Handling
Before removing the pump, disconnect the power source.
The water tubes can be disconnected at the pump inlet and outlet connections. When reinstalling the pump, reconnect each tube to the corresponding inlet and outlet port.
Do not forcibly pull the tubing out of the water bladder itself, as incorrect removal or reinstallation may affect the water-routing system.
Cleaning
- Remove the power bank before cleaning.
- Remove the motor pump according to the product instructions.
- Hand wash gently in water below 30°C / 86°F.
- Do not machine wash.
- Do not tumble dry.
- For light cleaning, wipe the textile surface with a damp cloth.
- Allow the vest and removable components to dry completely before reassembly and use.

No, the standard vest does not include a power bank. To ensure smooth international shipping and avoid the strict logistical regulations associated with lithium batteries, the vest is designed to work with any standard 5V/2A USB power bank. However, if your bulk order requires included power banks, we can supply fully certified units (e.g., CCC/3C). Please note that shipping batteries requires specific Dangerous Goods (DG) declarations and packaging, and these additional compliance and freight costs must be borne by the buyer.
