What types of functional gear do you offer?
ChaoYue Sports develops functional gear for cooling, heating, support, protection and active use. Selected products are available for direct retail purchase, while a broader range is available for wholesale, OEM and private-label projects.
How do I choose the correct size?
Always use the size guide on the individual product page and measure the part of the body where the product will actually be worn. Measurement points vary by product—for example, some support belts are sized around the waist while others are fitted around the hips. If you are between sizes, contact us before ordering.
What materials are used in ChaoYue products?
Materials vary by product and function. Depending on the design, we may use nylon, polyester, neoprene, Lycra, elastic webbing, breathable mesh, foam cushioning, soft contact fabrics, TPU components and other product-specific materials. Please refer to the individual product page for the exact construction.
Are your products suitable for everyday use?
Many ChaoYue products are designed for practical routines such as work, walking, riding, outdoor activity or everyday wear. Suitability depends on the individual product, fit and intended activity, so please check the product-specific instructions before use.
Are ChaoYue support products medical treatment?
No. Unless a specific product page clearly states otherwise, our support products are wearable support gear and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure a medical condition. If you are using a support product for a medical condition, before or after surgery, or during rehabilitation, follow the advice of your healthcare professional.
Orders, Shipping & Returns
Can I buy ChaoYue products directly?
Yes. Selected ChaoYue products are available for direct retail purchase through our Shop Gear pages. Products intended primarily for wholesale or custom manufacturing may instead display a Request Quote option.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We support international retail shipping to many destinations. Delivery availability and any destination-specific conditions are shown or confirmed during the ordering process.
How long does delivery take?
Retail delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for current regional estimates. Wholesale and OEM production or freight schedules are confirmed separately for each project.
How can I track my order?
Once a retail order has shipped, tracking information is provided when available. You can also enter your tracking number on our Track Your Order page to view the latest carrier updates.
What is your return policy?
Eligible retail purchases can be returned in accordance with our current Returns & Refunds Policy. Return eligibility depends on the condition of the item and the reason for return. Wholesale, OEM and customized orders follow the terms agreed for the individual project.
Wholesale & OEM
Do you accept wholesale orders?
Yes. ChaoYue Sports works with distributors, retailers, clinics, brands and other business buyers on wholesale and sourcing projects. Product availability, MOQ and commercial terms depend on the specific product and order requirements.
What OEM and customization options are available?
Depending on the product and project scope, we can discuss private-label branding, logo application, colors, packaging, material or component changes, sizing and product-specification adjustments. Final options are confirmed after feasibility review and sampling when required.
What is your wholesale MOQ?
MOQ varies by product, production method and customization requirements. Some products can support smaller trial orders, while custom production may require a higher starting quantity. Send us the product and estimated quantity for a project-specific answer.
Can I order a sample before a bulk order?
Yes. Sample support is available for many products. While we generally do not provide free samples, we can discuss partially crediting the sample fee toward your subsequent bulk or OEM order, or explore other promotional discounts to support your evaluation.
How long does an OEM or wholesale order take?
Production time depends on the product, quantity, materials, customization and sampling requirements. We confirm the expected production and shipping schedule after the project specifications are finalized.
What information should I send for a quotation?
Please include the product or product type, estimated quantity, destination market, required customization and any target specifications or reference files. This helps us review the project and provide a more relevant quotation.
Account & Rewards
Do I need a ChaoYue account to place an order?
Guest checkout may be available for retail purchases, but creating an account makes it easier to view eligible orders, manage account details and participate in ChaoYue Rewards.
How do ChaoYue Points work?
ChaoYue Rewards currently provides 50 Welcome Points for eligible new accounts and 1 Point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases. The standard redemption value is 100 Points = $5 Reward. Additional bonus-point activities may also be available.
How do I use my points?
Sign in to the account that holds your points. When points redemption is available for the order, use the Apply Points section on the Cart or Checkout page and review the updated order total before payment.
Where can I see my points and order history?
Sign in to My Account. Your account area provides access to your current points, eligible order history, account details and the Rewards section.
How long does an OEM or wholesale order take?
