From Purchase to Reward
ChaoYue Rewards is designed to keep the process straightforward.
Create or Sign In
Use your ChaoYue customer account so eligible points can be linked to your account balance.
Place an Eligible Order
Complete your retail purchase while signed in to the account you want to use for rewards.
Points Are Added
Eligible purchase points are added according to the order status and the active rewards settings.
Use Them Later
Redeem available points on a future eligible order through the points section shown during shopping or checkout.
How to Use Your ChaoYue Points
Sign in before checkout and use your available points through the rewards section shown on the Cart or Checkout page.
Sign In to Your Account
Your available points must be connected to the customer account you are using for the order.
Open Cart or Checkout
The available Apply Points section will show your current reward balance when the feature is available for the order.
Enter the Points You Want to Use
Apply available points to receive the corresponding eligible discount before placing your order.
Confirm the Updated Total
Review the discount and final order total before completing payment.

A few simple rules help keep the ChaoYue Rewards program clear and fair.
How much are points worth when I redeem them?
You can apply points at checkout to reduce your order total. Currently, 20 Points = $1 OFF. For example, redeeming 100 Points will deduct $5 from your total. Please note that points can be used to cover a maximum of 20% of your cart subtotal per order.
Do I need an account to earn points?
Yes. ChaoYue Points are connected to a customer account. For the most reliable reward tracking, sign in or create your account before completing an eligible purchase.
Do coupons affect the number of points I earn?
Purchase points are calculated according to the eligible order amount and the active reward settings. If a coupon reduces the amount paid, the points awarded may also be reduced. A fully discounted $0 order may earn no purchase points.
What happens if an order is cancelled or refunded?
Points connected to a cancelled, refunded or otherwise adjusted order may also be adjusted or removed to reflect the final eligible purchase amount.
Can ChaoYue Points be exchanged for cash?
No. ChaoYue Points are promotional rewards for eligible retail purchases. They have no cash withdrawal value and are not transferable between customer accounts.
Where can I see my current points?
Sign in to your My Account area and open the Rewards section to review your current balance and available points history.
Can reward rules change?
ChaoYue Sports may update reward earning rates, redemption values, eligibility or promotional bonuses from time to time. The current rules published on this page apply to new reward activity unless otherwise stated.
What if my points aren't showing up correctly?
If you believe there is an error with your point balance, or if you are waiting for points from a recently submitted product review, please submit a support ticket via your account dashboard or email our team. We will happily review your account and manually adjust your points if needed.
