How International Tracking Usually Progresses
Exact carrier events vary by destination, but most retail shipments move through these four general stages.

Order Prepared
Product and shipping details are checked before the parcel is packed and labeled.

Carrier Handover
The parcel enters the shipping network and the first tracking events begin to appear.

International Transit
Your shipment moves through international transport and applicable customs processing.

Local Delivery
After local processing, the parcel is transferred to the final delivery network.
Tracking note: A temporary gap between tracking events does not necessarily mean your parcel has stopped moving. Some international services provide limited updates during transit and update again after customs clearance or a local carrier scan.

Common Tracking Questions
My tracking number is not showing updates yet. Is that normal?
Yes. Tracking may take some time to appear after dispatch because the shipment first needs to be accepted and scanned by the carrier. For some international routes, tracking may remain limited during part of the journey and update again after customs clearance or local carrier processing.
How long does standard international delivery usually take?
Standard retail transit is typically around 8–12 business days for the Americas and 10–15 business days for Europe. These are estimates and may vary because of customs, local carriers, weather or peak-season conditions.
What should I do if my shipment has not updated for an unusually long time?
Email info@chaoyuesportsco.com with your order number and tracking number. Our team can review the available tracking information and follow up with the shipping provider where appropriate.
